Home Health Services

St. Mary's Home Health Services provides care for patients who require intermittent skilled care and are confined to their homes due to an injury or illness. Our service area includes: Cabell, Wayne, Mason, Lincoln and Putnam Counties, West Virginia, and Lawrence County, Ohio. An on-call nurse is available to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

St. Mary's Home Health Services promotes independent living by teaching health principles and home safety. Homebound individuals are assisted to promote and maintain good health.

The mission of St. Mary's Home Health Services is to provide surrounding communities with safe, optimum patient care while preserving the individual's rights and dignity.

• Home health certified nurse aides
• Medical social workers
• Physical therapists
• Occupational therapists
• Speech/language pathologist
• IV therapy by registered nurses

St. Mary's Home Health Services are fully accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Health Care Organizers and is a Medicare certified home health agency.

Medicare, Workman's Compensation, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicaid (Dept. of Human Services), United Mine Workers, self payment and other types of insurance are accepted.
