Pharmacy

St. Mary's Medical Center Pharmacy is a leader in areas of clinical services to our patients. Our pharmacy is open 24 hours a day to provide these services as a continuous process. Our pharmacists work as an integral part of the health care team to provide effective, efficient and safe care of our patients. Patient education and personnel education are primary areas of focus.

Safety Issues

St. Mary's Pharmacy has many programs in place to assure safety of the patient including special precautions for latex allergy patients, monitoring adverse drug reactions and medication incidents.

Operations

St. Mary's Pharmacy Services operational department is a blend of people and automation working in state of the art facilities. Our pharmacists and pharmacy technicians work together with technology to provide a level of service that meets or exceeds the expectations of caregivers and our patients. Our goal is to provide a safe, effective and efficient pharmaceutical care system contributing to positive patient outcomes.
