Volunteer Services

Volunteers are an integral part of daily happenings at St. Mary's Medical Center. Easily identified by their pink and maroon shirts, volunteers can be found in St. Mary's Gift Shop, the Gift (St. Mary's resale shop), in lobbies and on many floors throughout the medical center.

In addition to the time they donate to St. Mary's, volunteers also raise funds for various projects at the medical center. Recently, the auxiliary to St. Mary's provided funds for:
  • main lobby renovation
  • purchase of "Courtesy Cruisers"
  • materials for Bright Futures, St. Mary's daycare
  • remodeling the doctor's lounge
  • televisions for semi-private rooms
  • pagers for families waiting for loved ones in surgery
Many other donations have been made by the Auxiliary, and will be used for future projects. Our volunteers are incredibly important to St. Mary's Medical Center, and the Tri-State's largest heatlhcare provider wouldn't be where it is today without these amazing men and women.
