HUNTINGTON -- The St. Mary's Medical Center Foundation will unveil a portrait of Dr. Jeffrey George and his daughter, Hannah, at 4 p.m. today, Aug. 11, in the main lobby of the medical center.

George was the former chief of the medical staff at St. Mary's Medical Center, the co-medical director of the St. Mary's Regional Heart Institute and founding chairman of the St. Mary's Medical Center Foundation. George and his daughter were killed in a car accident Dec. 3, 2008, near Roanoke, Va.

Gary Patton will emcee Tuesday's ceremony and cardiologist Dr. George Linsenmeyer will attend the ceremony to help unveil the portrait.
