St. Mary’s Medical Center is now offering an enhanced pay opportunities in several positions.
Enhanced Pay Clinical Dietician
Clinical dieticians will earn $50 per hour in lieu of benefits. One year of hospital experience is required.
Enhanced Pay Social Worker
Social workers will earn $50 per hour in lieu of benefits. Candidates must have a minimum of master’s degree (MSW) from approved school of Social Work, hold a current license in the state of West Virginia. No temporary permits accepted. BLS and three years of hospital or nursing home experience required.
Enhanced Pay Radiology Technologist and Speciality Technologists
Radiology Technologist positions will earn $65 per hour in lieu of benefits, and Speciality Technologists (Ultrasound and Cat Scan) will earn $70 per hour in lieu of benefits. Candidates must work full-time hours within a 13-week contract.
Enhanced Pay Registered Nurses (RNs)
Candidates will earn $70 per hour in lieu of benefits. Candidates must work full-time hours within a 13-week contract.
Enhanced Pay Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLT/MLS)
Candidates will earn $70 per hour in lieu of benefits. Candidates must work full-time hour within a 13-week contract.
Enhanced Pay Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Candidates with one year of hospital experience will earn $45 per hour in lieu of benefits, and candidates without hospital experience will be provided Acute Care Hospital training at $28 per hour in lieu of benefits. Candidates must work full-time hours within a 13-week contract.
